Hi!!!! I am Mike Shuttleworth and I am a full time REALTOR® and happy to be with Gorsuch Realty. I was born in Lancaster and have been a life long resident of Fairfield County, graduating from Bloom-Carroll High School in 1982. I have excellent knowledge of the Lancaster and Fairfield County area as well as surrounding counties which will aid in making your home buying or selling experience easier.

I am a member of the National Board of Realtors, Ohio Board of Realtors, Lancaster Board of Realtors and the Lancaster MLS. I received the Bronze award from the Lancaster Board in my first year. I am a third generation REALTOR® with my grandfather, the late Charles “Jack” Woltz being a long time Broker in Lancaster and my father Don working as an agent for him. I am the father of a son, Darrin, who attends Fairfield Union High School.
