LAND SPECIALIST
I am a
full time real estate agent and member of the Lancaster and
Columbus Multiple Listing Service, the Ohio Association of
Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. I possess a
wealth of experience in both the commercial and residential real
estate markets, as well as rural properties, and aggressively
utilize that to our mutual advantage. I have particular interest
in the regions of central and southeastern Ohio.
I earned my BS in
Forest Industries from The Ohio State University College of
Agriculture, School of Natural Resources, and completed my MBA
at Ohio University. I have over 17 years of experience in the
land and housing industries as a professional forester,
contractor sales representative, and as a Realtor. Some of my
relevant experience includes: appraisal, purchase and management
of timber and timberland; estimates for and supply of labor and
material for new and remodel residential and commercial
construction; construction project management; contract
negotiations; and capitalization of markets for products and
services.
I was born in
Lancaster and raised in Fairfield County. My wife and I reside
in Hocking County with our four children.
