Gorsuch Realty Co. is excited to announce the addition of Kurt
Lape to their Real Estate family. Kurt was born and raised in
Lancaster. He is a graduate of Ohio University, where he earned
a B.S. in Civil Engineering and is a licensed Professional
Engineer with the State of Ohio.
After working for
several years designing residential and commercial developments,
Mr. Lape started his own Real Estate Development company in
2005. His company currently owns several pieces of real estate
in Fairfield County, and he still performs Civil Engineering
consulting.
Kurt is thrilled
to be working as an agent with Gorsuch Realty Co. He currently
resides in Lancaster with his wife Jennifer and their daughter
Lexie. He is a licensed pilot and enjoys flying in his spare
time.
