During the past several years Mr. Gorsuch serves in the capacity of Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Fairfield Homes, Inc., New England Wendico, Inc., Gorsuch Realty Co., and Vice President of Akwen, Ltd. and LPS Enterprises of New York.

Mr. Gorsuch has expanded all phases of the organization since his tenure began. His first involvement came with the multi-family portion of Fairfield Homes, developing and building over 50 projects. He has expanded Gorsuch Management to where they currently manage over 4500 apartments.

Mr. Gorsuch graduated from Wittenberg University, Springfield, Ohio with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. He is a graduate of the Real Estate Institute, Ohio University, and is a licensed Real Estate Broker. Mr. Gorsuch was also a Commissioned Officer in the U.S. Army with a tour in Vietnam.

Patrick L. Spires
Vice President/Construction

Patrick L. Spires heads the commercial part of our companies with Gorsuch Construction Co.  Pat has been with Fairfield Homes, Inc. since 1973.  He has served in the capacity of Vice President of Construction since 1984 and is responsible for all phases of construction.

During his tenure with the organization, Mr. Spires has filled several job capacities.  He has supervised the construction of numerous multifamily housing projects throughout Ohio. These projects include both subsidized and conventional housing and condominium development.  Mr. Spires has also been responsible for several rehab projects and commercial development, primarily located within the Lancaster area.

Mr. Spires was also Purchasing Director for the single family division of the company, with responsibilities for the purchasing of approximately 2,500,000 to 3,000,000 dollars worth of annual sales.

He is a 1975 graduate of Columbus Technical Institute and received an Associate Degree in Architectural Technology.
