In addition to being a licensed Realtor with Gorsuch Realty Co.,
Zack DeLeon is also the Director of Single Family and Commercial
Development for Fairfield Homes. He is responsible for all
facets of various real estate and construction projects
including land acquisition, development and design,
construction, and sales. Prior to joining Fairfield Homes,
DeLeon was a land use planner with the Licking County Planning
Commission. He holds a B.A. in urban and regional geography from
The Ohio State University.
Zack resides in
Lancaster with his wife, Nikki, and their three children,
Olivia, Cole, and Roma. He is an active marathon runner and a
parish member of St. Mary of the Assumption church.
Zack remains
involved and dedicated to the Lancaster and Fairfield County
