Mr.
Cox joined the Gorsuch companies in 1986 in a dual capacity as
Vice President/Broker for Gorsuch Realty Co. and Vice
President/Sales Manger for Fairfield Homes, Inc.
Mr.
Cox graduated from Ohio University in 1974. He holds a Bachelor’s
degree in Marketing and Management. Mr. Cox got his Real Estate
license in 1973 and owner operated his own Real Estate company
from 1977-1986.
Mr.
Cox is responsible for all Real Estate sales both in existing
Real Estate, as well as new home sales.
Mr.
Cox has held the position of President of the Lancaster Board of
Realtors, and in 1987 was awarded the top award available for
Realtor/Brokers for the entire State of Ohio when he was chosen
as “Ohio Realtor of the Year” by the Ohio Association of
Realtors. Mr. Cox has also served on many non-profit boards
including the Lancaster-Fairfield Chamber of Commerce for three
years.
Mr.
Cox teaches several “Continuing Education" courses and
has taught “Real Estate Practices & Principles” for Ohio
University for the past six years.
