Christine brought her license to Gorsuch Realty Co. in 1987. Licensed in 1975 she began her real estate career with E.M. Rose Real Estate and then moved her license to Tom Mertz Realty in 1979.

In addition to real estate career - Christine works for Fairfield Homes, Inc. as Director of Development. She also is serving her 3rd term as a Lancaster City Planning Commission Member. Prior to that she was a member of Lancaster's Board of Zoning Appeals. She obtained her Brokers License in 1989.

Collins served as President of the Lancaster Board of REALTORS in 1985 and 2-two year terms as District Vice President for the Ohio Association of REALTORS. She has chaired many local and state committees such as Legislative, Communication, Public Relations, Community Services, RPAC and Scholarship/Education.

Ms. Collins has received recognition as Ohio's 1986 REALTOR Salesperson of the Year, RPAC Life member for the National Association of REALTORS and received the Ben Franklin Award on six occasions for contributing articles in the state and national REALTOR publications.

After receiving her Associate in Arts Degree from OU she has lectured for local high schools, has conducted various seminars at the OU-L Branch.

Christine's interests have included service as a Presbyterian Church Organist for 22 years, teaching Safety Town music for the Lancaster Police Department, chairing the Lancaster Christmas Parade for 5 years, serving as a Medill PTO President, racket ball, photography, playing piano for various events in Lancaster and Columbus and being inducted as Lancaster Rotary Club's second female member where she accompanies the members every Monday during the music portion of the program.
